The Center assists low income families and individuals to obtain low cost housing in the Central Florida area. The Center purchases homes and reconditions them for rental to qualified low income households. The rent and fee income is used to pay the mortgages, taxes, insurance, repairs, and other costs associated with reconditioning the homes.
