We partner with highly influential yet under resourced Christian leaders globally to equip and multiply Biblically mature leaders for every area of community life.
When the COVID shutdowns hit in March, God lead us to start weekly Zoom prayer meetings with our faculty, which continues. This has been incredibly valuable in setting our hearts and minds on God's Kingdom and God's will while at the same time deepening the relationships among faculty.We also learned to Zoom and were surprised that 16 of the countries we serve had the bandwidth to receive our training events via Zoom. Because we use a 2 Timothy 2:2 model of exponential impact, the nationals we have been training have continued to go into villages to teach the least resourced what we have taught them. Together we conducted 236 teaching events directly equipping 8,800 Christian leaders who lead or oversee over 21,000 churches.God was also pleased to grow our faculty by 4 for a total of 36 including our first national faculty member - a Kenyan.In the first three months of 2020, we opened new works in Honduras, Bangladesh and the Democratic Republic of the Congo that have continued to thrive. Santos in Honduras made numerous trips up into the mountain reaching pastors with 2 of our courses. Jatish in Bangladesh is using our curriculum to train his 7,500 house church leaders.2020 also provided us the opportunity to launch "The One Church Challenge" which is a 5 year campaign that will be used to financially mobilize our natonal trainers so that we can more than double our impact in the next 5 years. The 5 year goal is $833,000.
