Organizations Filed Purposes: Provide free, high quality dental and medical care to low-income, uninsured adult residents in St Johns County.

In 2019, Wildflower Healthcare's 153 medical/dental and non-medical volunteers provided 2,773 hours to serve the uninsured in St Johns County FL. During 429 clinics, 1,368 patients had their healthcare needs met through 3,131 medical or dental visits at Wildflower Healthcare. 4,174 diagnostic and lab tests were ordered and 243 medical referrals and 7 dental referrals were made to Wildflower's network of specialists providing pro bono services in their offices and laboratories.The Outreach Team provided an additional 2,406 healthcare screening visits to 1,037 residents at 207 health screening sessions in conjunction with local non-profit and faith-based organizations.Clinics are held weekly at the West St Augustine location and monthly in tandem with the St Vincent's mobile medical bus during Dining with Dignity and mobile dental bus in Hastings. Wildflower also partnered with the Florida Baptist Convention providing services on their dental bus, with Pink Up the Pace and their imaging partners to provide free mammogram services, and with Area Health Education to provide smoking cessation classes at the clinic.The Medical and Outreach staff and volunteers teamed up with Flagler Health + to provide the first ever Pop-Up Flu Clinics to increase immunizations to the hospitality and service industry as well as low income residents in locations and times that were convenient for their schedules. 16 pop-up flu clinics administered 445 free flu shots to St Johns County residents. New outreach nurses and partnerships with First Coast Technical College and Flagler Technical Institute joined this effort to better inoculate the community while at the same time providing learning experiences for nursing students. Immunizations culminated at the free annual Thanksgiving and Christmas meals held in the Ketterlinus gym. The first Dental Week of the year, funded by a grant from St Johns County, was held in December with 101 patients receiving dental examinations, fillings, and extractions.92% of Wildflower Healthcare survey respondents this year indicated their primary issue was addressed. 96% of the respondents indicated they were satisfied with the services received.
