The mission of Whole Child Connection is to provide our community, through empowerment and advocacy, the ability to access resources that support and strengthen families.
CONNECTING CHILDREN IN THE COMMUNITY TO THE SERVICES THEY NEED. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A USER FRIENDLY WEB SITE TO ASSIST FAMILIES IN IDENTIFYING THE NEEDS OF THEIR YOUNG CHILDREN, CONNECT FAMILIES WITH APPROPRIATE SERVICES PROVIDERS, ENCOURAGE SERVICES AND ENABLE SERVICE PROVIDERS TO BUILD COLLABORATIVE NETWORKS. THE PROGRAM ENABLES THE COMMUNITY TO IDENTIFY GAPS IN SERVICE AND ASSESS THEIR PROGRESS IN ENSURING ALL CHILDREN THRIVE. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES THROUGH A NETWORK OF WHOLE CHILD ADVISORS EITHER BY PHONE OR AT THREE LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT MARTIN COUNTY, FLORIDA.
