Horizon Communities Corp. prepares those that are incarcerated to live responsibly with others on a path to transition back into society. We utilize REEFS courses (life mapping, financial literacy, credit and debt management, creative writing, developing business concepts, small business concepts, employability, and bookkeeping), Quest, computer literacy, GED preparation and other educational resources, to create a prosocial environment.

Horizon Communities Corp. successfully ran faith and character programs in five Florida State Prison Institutions. We provided programs focused on pro-social tendencies and behaviors. Horizon has developed a safe living environment designed to help those that are incarcerated to live responsibly with others and to prepare them for reentry without recidivism. Basic computer programs and GED preparation are provided inside the living quarters. We have provided more than 3200 classes to over 800 men and women this year. Conscious Discipline, Non-Violent Communications, and Financial Peace University have also been taught in the curriculum.
