THE MEETINGS REQUIRE HOTEL SITE VISITS TO SELECT MEETING HOTEL, NEGOTIATING WITH SELECTED HOTEL FOR SLEEPING ROOMS, MEETING ROOMS AND FOOD AND BEVERAGE NEEDS, ARRANGING FOR SPEAKERS ON VARIOUS BUSINESS ASPECTS OF THE MEMBERS OPERATION, CONDUCTING TRAINING MEETINGS, COMMITTEE AND BOARD MEETINGS. NO REGISTRATION FEE IS CHARGED AND THE COST IS COVERED AS PART OF THE MEMBERS ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES. AVERAGE ATTENDANCE IS 150-225 CEOS AND TOP MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - MHCA OFFERS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MEASUREMENT SERVICE SURVEYS TO BOTH MHCA MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS. WE OFFER PRODUCTS TO ASSESS THE SATISFACTION OF THEIR CLIENTS, STAFF, AND REFERRAL SOURCES. THE MHCA SATISFACTION SURVEYS AND REPORTS ARE DESIGNED TO PINPOINT OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT. THIS IS DONE BY COMPARING THEIR ORGANIZATION'S PERFORMANCE TO A NATIONAL DATABASE OF ORGANIZATIONS SERVING SIMILAR CLIENTS AND BY REPORTING ON INDIVIDUAL ACTIONABLE SURVEY ITEMS IN ORDER OF OVERALL LEVELS OF SATISFACTION. ORGANIZATIONS WILL SYSTEMATICALLY USE THIS DATA FOR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS TARGETING THE ITEMS OF LOWEST SATISFACTION AND EVALUATE THE EFFECTS OF THEIR INTERVENTIONS IN SUBSEQUENT ADMINISTRATIONS OF THE SURVEY.
MHCA MAINTAINS A LIST SERVE THAT SERVES TO ALLOW MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR STAFF TO COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER ELECTRONICALLY. THEY ROUTINELY SEEK AND PROVIDE INFORMATION TO EACH OTHER ON CLINICAL AND MANAGEMENT ISSUES, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT. MHCA MAINTAINS A WEB SITE, WHICH HAS A PUBLIC AREA FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND A PASSWORD PROTECTED SECTION FOR THE MEMBERS. THE MEMBER AREA CONTAINS AN ABUNDANCE OF DATA FOR MEMBERS TO USE AND CORPORATE DOCUMENTS AND PLANS THEY SHARE WITH EACH OTHER. THE WEB SITE IS UPDATED WITH NEW INFORMATION ON A REGULAR BASIS.
