The Life Enrichment Centers mission is dedicated to creating a high quality, accessible arts and culture platform that focuses on the importance of lifelong learning in the fine arts, health and wellness programs and cultural humanities for a vibrant adult community.
The Center provides classes in Tai Chi, Low Impact Excercise, Yoga and a variety of typesof dance classes; designed to promote strength, range of motion, healthy circulation, move-ment and bone density for our participants to remain active, independent and productivethroughtout their lives.
The Center provides professionally instructed Art classes in a diverse range of media andapplications designed to challenge individuals. Challenging intellectual and creative artisticpursuits-taught by professionals-has proven to have remarkable impact and long term healthand well-being for adults to maintain high functioning, active and independent, well into theirsenior years. Diverse opportunities include ongoing classes in a wide range of media suchas: Creative Writing, Pastels, Watercolor, Drawing, Oil and Acrylic, and Clay. We alsoprovide art based workshops in techniques and additional media.
