Emergency Assistance Foundation's primary purpose is to provide employer-sponsored global disaster and hardship relief funds for employees in crisis. These funds are available to employees who experience financial hardship due to events that negatively affect their lives. Our program succeeded in developing a comprehensive online grant application system that reduces the time needed to review employee grant applications in order to process grant disbursements in a timely manner. Through our program, we are increasing the number of employer sponsored funds within the program which greatly increased the number of individuals and families who received financial assistance.
