Zechariah Cartlege purchases flags for fallen first responders and runs an honorary mile for them on video and then presents each family with the run flag. He has a dedicated 17-member board comprised of voluntary veterans, law enforcement, and firefighting professionals that support his mission by determining injured responder grant applications.
