Organizations Filed Purposes:
Empower disadvantaged women to achieve economic independence by providing them professional interview attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and life.
Dress for success Boise shop - helps women achieve a professional image that allows them to go into any workplace, interview and acquire a job. We do this by giving them appropriate interview clothing while providing them with encouragement and coaching on how to complete a successful interview. Once a women is hired, she can return for a second outfit and is invited to become part of the professional womens group.
Professional Womens Group (PWG) - is a networking association for disadvantaged women entering the workforce, to help them retain their job. The PWG promotes career development by offering new information that will help women unfamiliar with the workplace to develop their skills and transition into employment mainstream. There are currently 25 women who consistantely benefit from the PWG.
Mobile boutique was started in October 2019 and has served 39 women. The mobile boutique allows the clothing resources to travel to various locations in Idaho to reach more women who do not have access to the location in Boise.
