The mission of Poimen Ministries is to facilitate and support churches in transition of pastoral leadership, with a transitional pastor and guidance in board governance,with leadership development. In addition, developing responsible admin and financial accountablility.
Poimen Ministries has 11 pastors serving our ministry with the goal of strengthen pastors, and strengthen Churches. In 2018 we have helped 30 churches in transition, which enabled them to move ahead with a new pastor in place and a bright future as a congregation. We have provided administrative assessment to approximately 70 churches. We are contacted regularly to provide counsel in a myriad of areas: legal, corporate, leadership, marriage counsel, and helping resolve church conflicts. We are currently starting two new ministries, one is called Pastoral Huddles, which is small gatherings of pastoral couples, providing ongoing educational services, and encouragement in ministry. The second is a new podcast which is scheduled to start in March of 2019.
