Organizations Filed Purposes:
The Foundation was created for the purpose of the promotion, assistance, improvement and extension of public education for the students, teachers, administrators and residents of Caldwell School District No. 132.
Provided 42 scholarships to 26 Caldwell School District graduating seniors to be used for post-secondary education at colleges, universities and vocational schools.
Provided funds for educational enrichment activities to Caldwell High School, Syringa Middle School and the City of Caldwell. Activities included a trip to Yellowstone, Trio Upward Bound study abroad for 2 students, state student council, YMCA Youth Government, and the Mayors Youth Advisory Committee. Approximately 132 students benefitted from these programs.
Provided funds to Caldwell High School for math, science and engineering. Funds were provided for equipment purchases, travel to competitions and CubeSat vibration testing. 40 students benefitted from these activities.
