Working with churches, para-church organizations, conference centers, and christian businesses. Mens Ministry Catalyst equips mens organizations with best practice strategies, structures, and multi-media presentations to help create vibrant mens ministry models.
R3 Mens ConferenceWe usually provide 2 major regional mens conferences on the west coast. These conferences feature 2 keynote speakers and up to 18 breakout workshops for men to be inspired and equipped to become better husbands, fathers, and church members. Each conference will have up to 150 men attending.
Pastors Workshop/RetreatsWe provide from 5-7 workshops or retreats featuring up to 20 pastors at each regional workshop. The workshops provide resources and information on how pastors can create vibrant mens ministry programs. Workbooks and church assessment forms are given to each pastor.
General MinistryThe general ministry would include the following: church contact, counseling pastors and mens leaders, providing resources to churches and mens leaders, developing strategic alliances with other ministries, speaking at churches and other gatherings, and producing new resource materials on topics like discipleship, team building, mens ministry, stress, and leadership. The ministry usually contacts over 3 people or churches a month on a variety of topics. We are actively engaged with supporting over 160 churches and have around 2600 churches in our database.
