Organizations Filed Purposes:
The RWUFA, through collective bargaining, seeks to unify and strengthen the faculty, to secure and maintain appropriate remuneration and benefits for the instructional and research activity, to secure and maintain conditions of professional employment as are deemed necessary or conducive to effective service.
The RWUFA was established to develop and improve the working conditions for members and to create goodwill between the university and the members of the community.
