EACH YEAR MEETING STREET SERVES OVER 5,000 CHILDREN OF ALL ABILITIES IN A VARIETY OF INCLUSIVE SETTINGS. OUR EARLY CHILDHOOD SERVICES TEAM WORKS WITH CHILDREN FROM PRENATAL TO KINDERGARTEN ACROSS A VARIETY OF PROGRAMS, INCLUDING EARLY HEAD START (PROGRAM SUPPORTS PARENTS' EFFORTS TO FULFILL THEIR PARENTAL ROLES AND MOVE FAMILIES TOWARD SELF-SUFFICIENCY; SERVES CHILDREN BIRTH TO AGE THREE AND THEIR FAMILIES IN PROVIDENCE); EARLY INTERVENTION (SERVICES FOR CHILDREN BIRTH TO AGE THREE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS OR DISABILITIES); EARLY LEARNING CENTER (NATIONALLY ACCREDITED CENTER FOR CHILDREN OF ALL ABILITIES AGE SIX WEEKS THROUGH PRE-KINDERGARTEN); HEALTHY FAMILIES AMERICA (NATIONAL EVIDENCE-BASED MATERNAL AND CHILD HOME VISITING PROGRAM THAT PAIRS EXPECTANT MOTHERS OR FAMILIES WITH NEWBORNS WITH A FAMILY SUPPORTWORKER); STATE PRE-K (STATE FUNDED PROGRAM PROVIDING FREE, HIGH QUALITYPRE-KINDERGARTEN CLASSES; AND WIC (PROGRAM OFFERS NUTRITION ADVICE ANDPROVIDES CHECKS FOR HEALTHY FOOD TO QUALIFYING FAMILIES). OUR SCHOOLAGE SERVICES TEAM SERVES CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS FROM KINDERGARTEN TOAGE TWENTY TWO ACROSS TWO PROGRAMS. THE GRACE SCHOOL (K-8) IS OURINCLUSIVE SCHOOL PROVIDING RIGOROUS ACADEMICS AND INDIVIDUALIZEDINSTRUCTION FOR STUDENTS WITH AND WITHOUT DISABILITIES. THE CARTERSCHOOL (HIGH SCHOOL) SUPPORTS EDUCATION, VOCATIONALOPPORTUNITIES AND RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES TAILORED TO EACHSTUDENT'S SPECIFIC INTERESTS AND ABILITIES.
