PHOENIX HOUSES NEW ENGLAND OPERATES A BROAD RANGE OF CARF (THE COMMISSION ON ACCREDITATION OF REHABILITATION FACILITIES) ACCREDITED PROGRAMS FOR MEN AND WOMEN, THAT INCORPORATE MENTAL HEALTH, GENDER-SPECIFIC, AND TRAUMA-INFORMED SERVICES FOR THOSE IN NEED. OUR FACILITIES PROVIDE SAFE, AFFORDABLE SUBSTANCE USE AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TREATMENT IN BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND OUTPATIENT SETTINGS, AND ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE POSITIVE AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENTS THAT CREATE AN EMPOWERING AND HEALING SPACE FOR RECOVERY. EACH INDIVIDUAL'S TREATMENT PLAN IS DESIGNED WITH THEIR MENTAL, PHYSICAL, AND EMOTIONAL WELLNESS IN MIND. PHOENIX HOUSE NEW ENGLAND OFFERS PROGRAMS IN MASSACHUSETTS, NEW HAMPSHIRE, RHODE ISLAND, AND VERMONT.
RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT SERVICES:RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT OF VARIOUS DURATIONS AT PHOENIX HOUSE PROVIDES A ROUTE TO RECOVERY THROUGH INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COUNSELING, RELAPSE PREVENTION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING. THESE PROGRAMS DRAW ON RESEARCH-PROVEN PRACTICES TO ADDRESS SUCH SPECIFIC CLIENT NEEDS AS ANGER MANAGEMENT AND POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER. IN ADDITION TO INDIVIDUAL, GROUP, AND FAMILY COUNSELING, RESIDENTAL PROGRAMS OFFER LIFE SKILL TRAINING ALONG WITH EDUCATION AND JOB TRAINING TO HELP RESIDENTS PREPARE FOR SELF-SUFFICIENT, DRUG-FREE LIVES. THESE ARE EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING RESIDENTIAL CARE AND TREATMENT TO APPROXIMATELY 1,392 CLIENTS
HEALTHCARE SERVICES:THESE EXPENSES WERE USED TO PROVIDE MEDICALLY-MONITORED DETOXIFICATION ON AN IN-PATIENT BASIS TO APPROXIMATELY 1,473 CLIENTS. CLIENTS ATTEND GROUPS AND RECEIVE INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING DURING THEIR STAY.
AMBULATORY SERVICES:BOTH INTENSIVE AND STANDARD OUTPATIENT PROGRAMS AT PHOENIX HOUSE COMBINE CASE MANAGEMENT WITH SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT THAT INCLUDES INDIVIDUAL, GROUP, AND FAMILY COUNSELING, RELAPSE PREVENTION, AND RESEARCH-PROVEN PRACTICES THAT ADDRESS SUCH SPECIFIC CLIENT NEEDS AS ANGER MANAGEMENT, POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER, AND LIFE SKILLS TRAINING. PROGRAMS MAY ALSO OFFER EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE AND JOB PLACEMENT.THESE EXPENSES ARE ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING BOTH INTENSIVE AND STANDARD OUTPATIENT PROGRAMS COMBINING CASE MANAGEMENT WITH SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT THAT INCLUDES INDIVIDUAL, GROUP, AND FAMILY COUNSELING, RELAPSE PREVENTION, AND RESEARCH PROVEN PRACTICES THAT ADDRESS SUCH SPECIFIC CLIENT NEEDS FOR APPROXIMATELY 917 CLIENTS.
