Serving Christ by aiding impovished children and elderly women in Uganda, Africa. We strive to accomplish this mission by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ, providing educational opportunities to the Children of Uganda-in particular through ChristAid Primary School, and by providing basic needs and support to the elderly women of Unganda - for themselves and the children in their care.
'Ahadi Kids' child sponsorship program supported approximately 250 children and University students in their education. 'Grandmas for Jesus' elderly women sponsorship program supported approximately 100 elderly women and their basic needs. ChristAid Primary School served grades Primary - to 5, educating approximately 250 students. Two shipping containers were sent over via steamship to Uganda full of books, school supplies, computers and life saving medical equipment aiding local schools, a prison, and hospitals. A relief effort was undertaken to provide 25 families with sustainable shelter and business start up funds. These families were evicted from their home in a mass government led forced eviction leaving them homeless. Several mission teams traveled to Uganda doing projects and bringing hope and God's love to the local communities. Thousands of dollars of gifts were distributed to the children and elderly women in our programs as well as the children attending ChristAid Primary School. These gifts consisted of livestock, bicycles, mattresses, mosquito nets, Bibles, school supplies, backpacks and a variety of other meaningful gifts.
