Organizations Filed Purposes: VALLECITO CONSERVATION & SPORTING ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes. Specifically, this organization has been formed to a educate the public on subjects useful to the individual and beneficial to the community and be engage in the development and conservation of natural resources such as forests, lands, water resources, or wildlife, for the benefit of the community.

Vallecito Marina. We further the purposes under this program by operating a seasonal marina starting in the month of May, and ending in the month of September. This seasonal marina offers residents and visitors in the area slip and buoy rentals, boat and related equipment rentals, bait, tackle, and other fishing supplies. The marina employees offer advice and education to anglers of all ages. This program also promotes responsible care and enjoyment of our natural lake resources by raising awareness and supporting seasonal fishing and boating activities.

Conservation and Sporting Program. We further our purposes under this program by conducting an organization that promotes responsible care and enjoyment of our natural resources to raising awareness and fund-raising to support conservation, sporting and education projects. Annually provide a fishing clinic for children under the age of 18.
