Harvest of Hope Pantrys mission is to live the Catholic faith by providing healthy supplemental food to Boulder families and individuals in need of food assistance within a safe, welcoming and non-judgmental environment. We welcome people of all faiths to join us in our work.
HARVEST OF HOPE PANTRY PROVIDES A CLIENT CHOICE EXPERIENCE AND OFFERS A MEASURE OF DIGNITY BY ALLOWING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO SHOP FOR FOOD THEY ARE LIKELY TO UTILIZE. DURING 2018, THERE WERE 39,708 SHOPPING VISITS MADE BY CLIENTS. HARVEST OF HOPE PANTRY IS DEPENDENT UPON VOLUNTEERS FOR SERVICE DELIVERY. THE PRIMARY VOLUNTERR POSITIONS ARE SHOPPING ASSISTANT AND INVENTORY ASSISTANT. SHOPPING ASSISTANTS ARE KEY TO NURTURING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS. INVENTORY ASSISTANTS ARE KEY TO KEEPING THE SHELVES STOCKED. IN 2018, VOLUNTEES SHARED 10,000 HOURS OF THEIR TIME.
