The Hopper's largest program services during the 2018 tax year included: 1) community events (reaching 1,500+ community members), 2) partner programs (in collaboration with local school districts), and 3) speaker and workshop engagements. All programming and according events focused on science learning and innovation.The Hopper facilitated various STEM education experiences for local families and partners:1) Rayback Collective Beta Testing Event: approx. 100 attendees. Provided STEM learning activities for families inspired by the motion feature, "The Incredibles 2." Average engagement time per person = 30min.4) Denver Start Up Week: approx. workshop attendees = 50; approx. panel attendees = 80. Participated as workshop facilitator and panelist to engage diverse audiences on topics surrounding immersive designs, innovative team building, and creative brainstorming.Participated in pitch competition. Average engagement time per person = 60 to 90min.5) NCAR Super Science Saturday Event: approx. 1,300 attendees. Provided "wild weather" challenges and according puzzle quest to engage kids and their families in science learning activities inspired by different weather phenomena. Average engagement time per person = 20 to 30min.6) "Mind Trust" Creative Advisory Event: 25 attendees. Engaged with local group of STEM experts to explore future programming opportunities at The Hopper. Average engagement time per person = 90min.7) "AGU 100" Advancing Earth and Space Science Event: approx. 40 attendees. Facilitated virtual science learning tools presentation.
