PUBLIC/PUBLIC SERVICE PROGRAMS - AS SET FORTH BY THE MISSION STATEMENT, NITA IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING ALL LAWYERS ACCESS TO THE HIGHEST QUALITY LEGAL SKILLS TRAINING. TRAINING FOCUSES ON THE LEARNING-BY-DOING METHODOLOGY, PIONEERED BY NITA. FUNDS AND RESOURCES ARE DEVOTED TO PROGRAMS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE SKILLS OF ATTORNEYS WHO REPRESENT UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES. PUBLIC SERVICE PROGRAMS ARE PROVIDED EITHER FREE OF CHARGE OR AT A SIGNIFICANTLY DISCOUNTED TUITION RATE. MISSION AND NEED-BASED SCHOLARSHIP FUNDING IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR MOST PUBLIC PROGRAMS.

PUBLICATIONS - AUTHORED BY SOME OF THE BEST MINDS IN THE LEGAL PROFESSION, NITA'S WIDE VARIETY OF PUBLICATIONS FURTHER THE MISSION OF PROVIDING THE BEST LEGAL TRAINING AVAILABLE. REFERENCE BOOKS, TEXTS, CASE FILES, A/V AND OTHER ELECTRONIC MATERIALS MAKE NITA THE PREMIER PUBLISHER OF LEGAL RESOURCES AT LAW SCHOOLS, LIBRARIES AND LAW FIRMS. ANY NET REVENUE OVER EXPENSES GENERATED THROUGH THE PUBLICATION SALES PROVIDES A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO FUND NITA'S BROADER MISSION BY COVERING ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS FUNDING PUBLIC SERVICE PROGRAMS. THE LEARNING-BY-DOING METHODOLOGY STILL HOLDS TRUE BUT THE NITA EXPERT FACULTY HAS A CHANCE TO WORK WITH FIRM PARTNERS OR ORGANIZATIONS MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE THE PROGRAM'S CURRICULUM IS CUSTOMIZED TO MEET EACH ORGANIZATION'S UNIQUE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES, NOT TO MENTION SCHEDULING DEMANDS.
