Placement of Children: In 2020, due to COVID, only 69 orphaned children from Peoples Republic of China, Haiti, Latvia, Ukraine, Taiwan, and Colombia were placed in American adoptive families' homes. On 12/31/2020 there were 189 families in the various stages of pre-adoption process and 1645 children receiving post adoption services.

Children's Charity Fund: a restricted fund dedicated to humanitarian assistance to orphaned/abandoned and adopted children. The fund has been used to purchase food, clothing, diapers, formula, educational materials, toys, and medical assistance. The Children's Charity Fund sponsors over 500 children in Foster Care programs, orphanages, and the four Lily Orphan Care Centers in Henan and Jiangxi Provinces of China.

The Park Adoption Community Center: To ensure the success of the adoption, CCAI developed post adoption support systems called the Park Adoption Community Center (The Park) designed to assist the families with the bonding and attachment process, cultural education and emotional support. a. Its Joyous Chinese Cultural School conducts programs for pre-school through high school to teach Chinese culture and traditions. b. Its Adopteen program serves over 300 adopted American pre-teens and teenagers each year with Adoptween hangouts, summer camp-conferences and giving back orphanage service trips where they spend time working and caring for children in the orphanages. c. Its China Roots program created opportunities for adoptees to return back to China to discover their roots and visit orphanages where they lived prior to adoption. d. Its MyTaproot is an all-inclusive birth family search program created specifically for adoptees searching for their birth roots, based on extensive survey. Our team consists entirely of adoptees, adoptive families, and experts in the adoption, medical, and DNA fields with a wide range of experiences, who have worked extremely hard to build what hopes to be a dynamic, ethical, accessible, and supportive Birth Family Search service.
