Provide activities for North Littleton at-risk youth.
In 2020, in the midst of a global pandemic, North Littleton Promise continued to serve 45 families. NLP held after school programs through mid-March, and then shifted into food and supply distributions through drive-through events. We had 60 students attend our summer programs, which were adapted with COVID guidelines. Parents have continued to participate in lunch and snack donations, alongside our community partners. In the fall, we continued to cohort students and expanded programs to 4 days a week in order to serve all the kids in smaller groups. We were able to have 3 soccer teams play in the fall as well. We ended 2020 with a drive-thru family Christmas event for 30 families with the help of several church and community partners.
