Organizations Filed Purposes:
ITP provides interactive training in interpersonal skills for Christians around the world, facilitating life change that demonstrates the love of God.
SYIS is designed to enhance the effectiveness of Christian Workers by providing training in key areas of knowledge, godly attitudes and the skills needed for developing and maintaining healthy relationships. Training is very interactive, utilizing the most effective methods of adult learning. Learning activities include some lecture, small group tasks, whole group interaction, demonstrations of skills, skills practice and prayer reflection. SYIS Workshops are five days in length and consist of 18 modules. Only six on-site SYIS workshops were conducted in 2020, a significant decrease due to the covid pandemic. An average of 3 online courses we hosted each quarter of 2020. No new facilitator training was done in 2020 due to the pandemic.
