A worldwide alliance of Christian camps & camping leaders
Christian Camping International (CCI) is an alliance of autonomous associations throughout the world with a unified mission to promote and support Christian Camping throughout the world. The vision of CCI is to be a highly effective and highly valued ministry tool throughout the world supporting a growing alliance of internally strong, sustainable, and growth-focused associations of Christian camps, conference centers, outdoor activity providers, and their leaders. CCI provides support, opportunities to connect, and the promotion of Christian camping worldwide through their coaching, gathering, and leadership programs which include specific development support, conferences, and training programs (continued on Schedule O). In 2019, CCI Pakistan was formally created and joined the global alliance bringing the total number of Associations up to 21. Steering Committees were also established in Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and Ghana in a step towards creating formal Associations there. CCI was directly involved in teaching in 8 conferences worldwide and the CCI Global Leadership Program was established and development of the Emerging and Executive Leader streams of this program began. There was also significant growth in the CCI Coaching Program as 6 new coaches joined the team to support emerging Associations and develop new connections in Christian camping around the World.
