The Council of Neighbors and Organizations (CONO) empowers neighborhoods in the Pikes Peak region through education and connection with the vision that neighborhoods are engaged in developing safe, healthy, thriving places to live.
Neighborhood Support-Workshop and Training of Neighborhood Leaders, Connection to resources and removal of barriers to assist neighborhoods in developing social connections and neighborhood pride.
