The mission of Engineering Ministries International USA (EMI) is to develop people, design structures, and construct facilities which serve communities and the Church. EMI's Vision is: people restored by God and the world restored through design.

The major program services of EMI USA include providing architectural, engineering, and survey services along with construction management for 88 Projects in 22 countries, sending out teams with more than 202 volunteers and 58 interns. These projects represent design and construction performed for Christian ministries that are hospitals, schools, universities, and child care centers as well as other ministries that are providing water and sanitation development, emergency relief, and disaster response in many parts of the world. In 2019, included in the many projects we worked on, EMI USA designed advanced water system upgrades at a hospital in Kenya and a network of villages in Zambia; EMI USA worked on hospitals in the Philippines, India, and Malawi; and EMI USA assisted after a major hurricane in the Bahamas with water purification design and delivery.
