THE LEADERSHIP PIKES PEAK SIGNATURE PROGRAM: EACH YEAR A DIVERSE GROUP OF BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT, AND NONPROFIT PROFESSIONALS ARE SELECTED TO COME TOGETHER FOR FOURTEEN DAYS OVER A TEN MONTH PERIOD FOR AN IN-DEPTH EXPLORATION OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUES AND CHALLENGES FACING THE COMMUNITY WHILE LEARNING FROM THE COMMUNITY'S MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DYNAMIC LEADERS.

LEADERSHIP NOW! ENGAGES YOUNG PROFESSIONALS (AGES 25 TO 35) TO HELP THEM INTEGRATE INTO THE COMMUNITY. THROUGH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, BUILDING A PERSONAL LEADERSHIP BRAND AND MEETING AND ENGAGING WITH LOCAL COMMUNITY LEADERS, THE LNOW! PARTICIPANTS GAIN THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE TO BECOME EQUIPPED TO BECOME BOARD MEMBERS AND COMMUNITY LEADERS. BY BECOMING INVOLVED IN THE COLORADO SPRINGS COMMUNITY, THEY WILL FEEL ENGAGED AND REMAIN IN THE PIKES PEAK REGION.

THE WOMEN'S COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE (WCLI) EDUCATES ANDEMPOWERS WOMEN OF MODEST MEANS AND DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS, WHO HAVEOVERCOME HURDLES OF COMMUNITY DEPENDENCE, TO DEVELOP A DEEPER AWARENESSOF THEIR POTENTIAL TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND BECOME PRODUCTIVECONTRIBUTORS TO THEIR COMMUNITY AND LEADING EDGE IS AN INTERACTIVECOMMUNITY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOCUSED ON DEVELOPING HIGH SCHOOL TEENLEADERS. THE PROGRAM RUNS FIVE CONSECUTIVE FULL DAYS IN AUGUST AND THENFOLLOWS WITH WEEKLY FOUR-HOUR SESSIONS IN THE FALL. IN ADDITION TO THEPROGRAM TIME, THE TEENS PARTICIPATE IN SMALL-GROUP COMMUNITY IMPACTPROJECTS.
