In 2019 we finished our planning process designed to close the final gap on the Ring the Peak Trail. With the plan completed and the consultant compensated, we will be using the plan to attain agreements from all the land managers who participated in the process in order to move the project forward and eventually build trail. We continued work in the southeast region of our community to help connect neighborhoods to trails and parks with grant support from CSHF and TPL. Partnering with established neighborhood groups, weve led bike rides, created trail maps and focused on way-finding improvements we hope to accomplish in the future. We supported existing Friends groups with trainings and continued to nurture new Friends Groups like Boulder and Fox Run.
