To be involved in, or coordinate, the rescue, restoration, reintegration, and prevention of the commercial sexual exploitation of children domestically and internationally
Rescues & Prevention: In 2019 over 150 children, teens and young women were rescued from sex trafficking. Over 25 brothel owners, pimps and perpetrators arrested, prosecuted and convicted. Successful rescue of 42 pregnant women being trafficked for organs. This resulted in the arrest of the perpetrators. Our team continuted our partnership with Child Develpment Foundation in Belize and we expanded work with Police Officers trained by Joy's Tactical Operations Team Gave away hundreds of pounds of rice to help families resist the temptation to sell children. Gave away 110 pairs of flip-flops, 400 sleeping mats, and 110 sets of mosquito nets for the prevention of Malaria and Dengue Fever. Helping children and underaged girls that have been rescued and going thru counsel and healing at an increadible facility in Cambodia. Countries affected: Cambodia, Thailand, India, Burma, China Viet Nam, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia and America.
Global Police Training: Sponsored three 2 week training sessions for the Anti Human Trafficking Juvenile Protection Police and Aim Swat Teams in Cambodia. Headed by Robert Staton. Trained 12 police officers who assist th e AIM SWAT Team. Airport training in Achorage. Sex-trafficking situation awareness training. First responders sex-trafficking training. High school sex-trafficking awareness. JOY provided one week police training for the Belize National Police. Trained 30 police officers.
Published two books: "The Leaset of These" adult novel increasing awareness of child commercial exploitation and trafficking of children, teens, and young women. And "Why are You Barefoot?" A book to educate children about modern day child slavery in the world.
