Within a safe and respectful environment, the Bridge provides a seasonal shelter for adults as well as opportunities for transitional housing for adults seeking greater independence.
The 2019-2020 saw the Bridge's first year of operations in the newly constructed building which provides a shelter on the first floor and transitional housing on the second floor. This is the first of its kind in Colorado.THE END RESULT WAS THAT the BRidge shelter provided 5,409 bed nights for 303 different people.
The new program of transitional housing housed 30 different people, four of whom no longer need any Bridge services and have moved into market housing.
