BY PROVIDING THE SAME TOOLS AND STRATEGIES, A.C.C.E.S.S ATTEMPTS TO CREATE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY FOR LOW-INCOME STUDENTS THROUGHOUT THE COLLEGE APPLICATION PROCESS.
