THE PROJECT WAS PURCHASED IN DECEMBER 2002, CONSISTS OF 65 UNITS, AND IS CURRENTLY OPERATING UNDER THE NAME OF COUNTRYWOOD APARTMENTS LOCATED IN LINDA, CALIFORNIA.
