Its educational efforts will initially be focused on grant-making to organizations that support, or are a part of public education in Colorado, including grants to fund scholarship programs for higher education, and support of existing and emerging programs in public school districts not funded by the districts, as well as on improving financial literacy, through financial support of public programs and nonprofit initiatives to reduce financial illiteracy.
