THIS ANNUAL, NATIONAL ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT AIMS TO MEASURE QUANTITATIVELY HOW PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS ARE HELPING TO BUILD A BETTER FOOD SYSTEM THROUGH SUPPORTING STATE, REGIONAL, AND NATIONAL 'GOOD FOOD' ECONOMIES.
