THE FOUNDATION HAS PLEDGED ITS ENTIRE RESOURCES TO OR FOR THE USE OF THE DCPA. TWO REPRESENTATIVES OF THE DCPA SERVE ON THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE FOUNDATION.
