IECA's mission is to connect, educate, and develop the worldwide erosion and sediment control community.
IECA accomplishes its mission by focusing its efforts in three major areas.Professional development and environmental education is provided through annual and regional conferences, short courses, seminars, publications, on-line courses and field days. IECA establishes and fosters the development of local, national and international standards for erosion and sediment control products, systems and installation procedures.
