COLORADO-BASED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: PEBC OFFERS SCHOOL AND SITE-BASED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAININGS FOR TEACHERS AT ALL GRADE LEVELS AND ACROSS ALL SUBJECT AREAS. THERE ARE: 224 DAYS OF INTENSIVE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR OVER 1,124 TEACHERS AND PRINCIPALS IN 97 SCHOOLS, WHICH REPRESENT 11 COLORADO DISTRICTS, BENEFITING NEARLY 56,200 STUDENTS. THERE WERE 7 TRAVELING/ON-SITE INSTITUTES FOR 244 EDUCATORS IN COLORADO. LAB CLASSROOMS ALLOW PARTICIPANTS TO OBSERVE RESEARCH-BASED, HIGH QUALITY INSTRUCTION BY EXEMPLARY TEACHERS WORKING IN THEIR OWN CLASSROOMS. THERE WERE 5 LOCAL LABS FOR 55 PARTICIPANTS, 28 LABS FOR 290 EDUCATORS ATTENDING A PEBC INSTITUTE, AND 2 NATIONAL VISITATION LABS FOR 16 PARTICIPANTS.

NATIONAL CONSULTING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: THERE WERE 151 DAYS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN 18 SCHOOLS DISTRICTS OUTSIDE OF COLORADO. 3 TRAVELING/ON-SITE INSTITUTES FOR OVER 215 EDUCATORS OUTSIDE OF COLORADO. INSTITUTES AND SEMINARS; K-12 EDUCATORS FROM COLORADO AND NATIONALLY, LEARN FROM SEASONED PEBC STAFF DEVELOPERS AND EDUCATION EXPERTS DURING THREE TO FOUR DAY INSTITUTES AND SEMINARS.
