WE CURRENTLY HAVE MONTHLY LABOR MANAGEMENT MEETINGS TO TRY AND ESTABLISH AN OPEN LINE OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE UNION AND THE CONTRACTORS TO ADDRESS ISSUES AND PROBLEMS THAT ARISE THROUGHOUT THE LIFE OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS HELPING THOSE AGREEMENTS TO BECOME BREATHING DOCUMENTS INSTEAD OF RULES CARVED IN STONE THAT CAN ONLY BE MODIFIED EVERY TIME THEY RENEW.
