SAVIO WILL PROVIDE EDUCATION, COUNSELING, VOCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND IN-HOME SERVICES TO FAMILIES TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.

SAVIO IS DEDICATED TO ELIMINATING VIOLENCE, CRIME, DRUG AND ALCOHOL ABUSE, CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT, AND OTHER DESTRUCTIVE BEHAVIORS IN FAMILIES, THROUGH CARING, SUPPORT AND EDUCATION.

ELIMINATE DESTRUCTIVE BEHAVIORS IN FAMILIES THROUGH PREVENTION AND EARLY INTERVENTION. PROVIDE EDUCATION, COUNSELING, VOCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND IN HOME SERVICES TO FAMILIES AND CHILDREN, IMPROVING QUALITY OF LIFE. SAVIO CHILD PROTECTION DIVISION SERVED 402 FAMILIES, INCLUDING 617 ADULTS AND 734 CHILDREN IN ADAMS, ARAPAHOE, BROOMFIELD, DENVER, ELBERT, EL PASO, WELD, AND JEFFERSON COUNTIES IN COLORADO. IN ADDITION, 24 FAMILIES, INCLUDING 38 ADULTS AND 46 CHILDREN, WERE SERVED THROUGH SAVIO'S DIRECT LINK PROGRAM. SAVIO ALSO SERVED 174 FAMILIES, INCLUDING 392 ADULTS AND 317 CHILDREN, THROUGH THEIR DRUG COURT PROGRAMS.

THE SAVIO HOUSE COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES ADOLESCENT UNIT SERVED 342 CLIENTS THROUGH ITS MULTISYSTEMIC THERAPY (MST) PROGRAM. IT ALSO SERVED 24 ADOLESCENT CLIENTS THROUGH MST FOR PROBLEM SEXUAL BEHAVIOR. THERE WERE 220 CLIENTS SERVED THROUGH FUNCTIONAL FAMILY THERAPY IN THE ADOLESCENT UNIT.IN 2019, THE CONTRACTED CASEWORKER SERVICES DIVISION RECEIVED NEW REFERRALS FROM EL PASO COUNTY OF 38 FAMILIES AND 66 CHILDREN. THIS SERVICE IDENTIFIES ISSUES WITH FAMILIES AND PROVIDES SUPPORT AND ADVOCACY TO HELP THE CHILDREN SAFELY REUNIFY WITH THEIR FAMILIES.

THE RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM SERVED 50 CLIENTS DURING 2019, WITH 39 CLIENTS TRANSITIONED OR DISCHARGED. THE CHILD PLACEMENT AGENCY SERVED 197 CLIENTS IN FOSTER HOMES AND DISCHARGED 109. IN ADDITION, SAVIO'S DAY TREAMENT PROGRAM SERVED 18 CLIENTS, WITH 13 CLIENTS TRANSITIONED OR DISCHARGED. SAVIO ALSO SERVED 129 CLIENTS, WITH 68 TRANSITIONED OR DISCHARGED, THROUGH THEIR TRAUMA FOCUSED COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY PROGRAM.
