Organizations Filed Purposes: Step Denver is a men's residential recovery community that gives men with nowhere else to turn the opportunity to rebuild their lives through Sobriety, Work, Accountability, and Community. The ultimate goal of the organization is to have its residents transition to safe, sober, independent living situations where they may become productive, contributing members of their communities.

Step Denver has a four phase program focused on sobriety, work, accountability and community. The Steps for Success is designed to guide the residents of Step Denver through a recovery based program with goals and milestones intended to help them to reestablish stability in the various areas of their lives with the ultimate goal of having the men transition into an independent, self-sufficient, safe and sober living environment where they can become productive, contribuing members of their community.Step Denver successfully completed a rebranding campaign that included its program collateral, marketing materials, new website development and advertising messaging. This was important in that Step Denver believes that its program is one which can be implemented in other communities outside of Denver and the State of Colorado. Creating a brand, collateral, and messaging that will be applicable and appropriate in any community is critical to the goal of expansion outside of Denver, with the intent of serving more clients in more communities.Step Denver was able to successfully navigate the COVID 19 pandemic crisis. While reducing the number of clients it served, it ensured that it continued to serve men safely. Sanitation, social-distancing and rigorous programmatic and facility requirements implemented yielded a successful continuation of program service with NO positive COVID 19 cases.

The Driven to Donate vehicle donation program continues to provide a substantial percentage of the revenue needed to provide our clients with much needed services. The program provides the needed capital on a monthly basis to operate the facility in between individual and foundation gifts which are given sporadically throughout the year.
