IN 2019, ACROSS ALL OF WORKLIFE PARTNERSHIP'S PROGRAMS, WE HELPED 1,134 HARDWORKING EMPLOYEES FIND GREATER STABILITY. WE PARTNERED WITH 28 EMPLOYERS IN 13 INDUSTRIES TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND RESOURCES TO THEIR EMPLOYEES. WE CONNECTED EMPLOYEES WITH 275,458 IN COMMUNITY RESOURCES AND DIRECT CASH ASSISTANCE FOR HOUSING, FOOD AND NUTRITION, HEALTHCARE, TRANSPORTATION, AND CHILDCARE. AFTER WORKING WITH A WORKLIFE NAVIGATOR, 93% OF EMPLOYEES REMAINED EMPLOYED FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR, 68% OF EMPLOYEES FELT THAT THEIR WORK AND HOME LIVES WERE LESS STRESSFUL, AND 66% SAID THEY FELT MORE CONFIDENT IN THEIR ABILITY TO HANDLE SIMILAR LIFE CHALLENGES, WERE THEY TO ARISE AGAIN. IN 2019, WORKLIFE'S HEALTH BENEFITS NAVIGATOR HELPED WITH 299 UNIQUE EMPLOYEES OVERCOME CHALLENGES TO UNDERSTANDING AND USING HEALTH BENEFITS. AFTER WORKING WITH THE HEALTH BENEFITS NAVIGATOR, 96% OF EMPLOYEES REPORTED THEY WERE NOW IN A BETTER PLACE. WORKLIFE HELPED 333 WORKERS WITH THEIR TAXES, SAVING THEM MORE THAN 99,000 IN FILING COSTS, AND CONNECTED FAMILIES WITH 59,477 IN FEDERAL EITCS. WORKLIFE'S CHILDCARE PROGRAM HELPED OVER 40 UNIQUE IN-HOME CHILDCARE PROVIDERS GROW AND STRENGTHEN THEIR SMALL BUSINESSES. SUPPORT PROVIDED INCLUDING INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING, TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE, AND ADVOCACY ON BEHALF OF THE IN-HOME CHILDCARE COMMUNITY ACROSS THE STATE. AFTER WORKING WITH A WORKLIFE CHILDCARE MANAGER, 64% OF PROVIDERS SAID WORKLIFE HELPED THEM BUILD AND MAINTAIN THEIR BUSINESS AND 93% OF PROVIDERS WERE ABLE TO IMPROVE THEIR HOMES AND YARDS CREATING SAFER AND MORE ENJOYABLE SPACES FOR THE CHILDREN THEY CARE FOR WE LEVERAGED 36,461 IN SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO ASSIST CHILDCARE PROVIDERS WITH INDOOR/OUTDOOR HOME REPAIRS, CURRICULUM IMPLEMENTATION, AND MARKETING/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
