Cadence International is an evangelical mission agency dedicated to reaching the military of the United States and of the world with the Good News of Jesus Christ. We share the gospel and our lives with the military community, with a vision to exalt Christ in the nations through the lives of transformed military people.
To see Christ exalted in the nations through the lives of transformed military people.
Adult MinistriesAt Cadence hospitality houses or retreat centers, servicemen and women find an open door, a comfortable couch, a home-cooked meal, and people who listen, encourage, love, and point them to the hope of Christ. Ministries in these locations include retreats, Bible studies, classes, singles groups, family-focused ministries, evangelistic outreach efforts, one-to-one discipleship, and coffee house ministries. Cadence Adult Ministries missionaries strive to share the ups and downs of life with military personnel, encouraging them into deeper relationships with others and with Christ.
Youth and Children Cadence Student Ministries (CSM) and Cadence Children's Ministry (CCM) serve and reach out to the 1.2 million dependents of military personnel around the world. The grade school kids and teens of the military community grow up in a fluctuating environment, often with one, and sometimes both, parents deployed. CSM leaders serve the on-base chapel as a youth pastor would serve a church in the U.S. CCM ministers to military kids through Good News Clubs in their on-base neighborhoods and schools.
Foreign MinistriesCadence currently reaches out to the military communities and security forces of the Philippines, Thailand, and Cambodia, with a vision of expanding to the entire Asian region. Through professional development seminars, English classes, and social relief programs, foreign military and security force members are coming to know Christ and learning to share their new-found faith with others. As influential leaders within their governments, these people may hold the keys to breaking cycles of corruption and potentially influencing their entire nation for Christ.
