Presentation of one-week leadership training conferences for middle school, high school and post high school youth, including high school youth with physical disabilities. Annually, over 750 students are trained.
Sponsoring, administrating and staffing 5 one-week-long leadership training camps for middle and high school students. Camps are held at the YMCA of the Rockies (high school), the Ponderosa Retreat & Conference Center (middle school), and the Easter Seals Camp in Empire, CO (disabled youth).
