The Open Water Foundation develops and supports open source software and open data solutions to make better decisions about water resources.
Develop software and provide consulting to evaluate complex water resources issues in Colorado and other states, including urban/agriculture water sharing, South Platte Basin water resources planning, statewide water planning, modeling tools, snowpack analysis, water innovation events, and data analysis.OWF is also helping the state of Colorado transfer software tools to open source licensing to increase innovation and sustainability of the tools.
