Qualifying recipients according to this Organization are defined as persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, and their families, who are in need of advocacy services. Clients are obtained through referrals to the organization from other agencies or clients.
Advocacy - provides individual representation to people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities for the purpose of resolving problems with services rendered or services not being performed.
Assisted schools in Moffat, Routt, Rio Blanco and Summit, CO counties to become more inclusive to students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Students with special needs were included in general education classes and therefore had increased access to the general education curriculum.
