Organizations Filed Purposes:
TO PROVIDE GRANTS AND ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF SHORT-TERM EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE. QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS MUST MEET CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE GRANTS. PROVIDE SHORT-TERM EMERGENCY Assistance GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS EMPLOYED BY GRIFFIS GROUP Residential, LLC and ITS AFFILIATES. PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO 503(C)(3).
To provide assistance for emergency relief purposes to victims of disasters and other situations which create severe financial hardship. Benefits provided are available based on objective critera related to an individual's inability to meet basic living necessities as a result of these disasters or situations. Grants are provided in the form of funds, services, or goods to ensure the beneficiaries have basic necessities such as food, clothing, housing, transportation and medical assistance as applicable.
MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 AS AMENDED (THE "CODE")
