Mission: The Friends of the Littleton Library and Museum, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit service organization providing financial and volunteer support for the Littleton Bemis Public Library and the Littleton Museum. The Friends sponsor and support events to increase community awareness of these valuable community resources. The Friends offer new and current members opportunities to serve their community, to make new friends, and to insure that the Library and Museum continue to be vital links to our future and our past.
Littleton Museum: Support and encourage activities and programs of the museum and work toward improvement of museum as an educational and cultural service unit for the citizens of Littleton and other visitors to the museum.
Annual historical demonstrations/celebrations held to educate the general public - Harvest Festival and Creative Writing Contest. Typical other events including Easter Egg Hunt, Holidays Evening and Western Welcome Week participation were canceled in 2020 due to Covid-19 concerns and restrictions.
