We are a membership association for HR information management professionals and offer a unique community that blends education, collaboration and professional certification.
The association holds an annual conference and human resources technology exposition for human resource professionals. The conference offers an exceptional opportunity for networking among other HR professionals, a significant career enhancing tool especially for newcomers to the field. The vendor exhibits allowed all registrants to explore state-of-the-art delivery solutions. Education courses of all levels were offered, benefiting both the relatively new and the seasoned HRIM professional.
Our professional certification program the Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) Certification Program has over 400 certificants. The HRIP certification exam is designed to assess the knowledge and competencies of professionals in the HR technology field. Passing the exam indicates a demonstrated comprehensive understanding and proficiency of the defined body of knowledge in HR information management.
