Partners in Routt County serves over 600 youth annually through our Community Based, School Based and Peer Mentoring Programs. At risk youth are matched one to one with caring adult volunteers who act as their mentor, friend and advocate. Additionally Partners provides after school and in school programming, group recreational activities, and life skills trainings.
